Q.When shall we get ORACLE MASTERS qualification that every staff has ?
A.As it is quite hard to get the qualification in parallel with daily work, allowance of 1~2 months for learning is given in between assigned projects.
Whereby, you can concentrate on learning to get qualification.
Skills piled up through practical works and confidences as qualified are two keys for promoting motivation and carrier.
